Eligibility

The Eligibility to avail *Chief Minister’s Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme* is as indicated for the resident of Tamil Nadu by the presence of his/her Name in the family card and whose family annual income is less than Rs.1,20,000/- per annum. (GO(Ms)No.560 Health and Family Welfare (EAP1-1) Department, Dated:16.12.2021)

For being eligible for benefits under the scheme it is sufficient to produce: - Family card - Aadhar card - Income certificate by the VAO/Revenue Authorities

along with the self-declaration of the head of the concerned family. Family includes the eligible member and the members of his/her family as detailed below:

1. Legal Spouse of the eligible person 2. Children of the eligible person 3. Dependent parent of the eligible person
